When will my item ship?
In stock items will ship within 1-2 business days.
How does my item ship?
Shipping is USPS priority mail for insurance and tracking purposes. Please contact me if you require a different carrier.
If a smaller box is used resulting in lower shipping fees then the difference in costs will be refunded.
Items are carefully packaged with padding materials to ensure it arrives safely. If an item arrives damaged please contact me within 5 days, preferably immediately. I will require photos of the damages and then can discuss replacement or refund on a case by case basis.
Lost or stolen packages, incorrect shipping address
It is the customers' responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided to ensure timely and appropriate delivery.
I am not responsible if a package is marked as delivered and not received. You will need to contact your local post office to locate the package. I will assist you from my side if possible. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer a refund if the package is not located.
If a package is returned to me due to an insufficient or incorrect address I will refund you the purchase price of the items. However, I will not refund shipping charges. I ship to the exact address given. I will not reship an order.
Why does it take 4-6 weeks for a custom order?
Each bag is crafted individually, from cutting, prep, adding padding, lining and stitching on multiple machines. Bags are completed in the order received. I will communicate with you on a regular basis so you know the status of your order.
Do you accept returns?
Because custom orders are created specifically for you, I do not accept returns on these items.
For products ordered from in stock inventory, you have 5 business days from receipt to notify me of any problem. If there is an error with your order, then I will do my utmost to correct it. If you have simply changed your mind about the item, then you can return it provided it is still in original condition and unused. You must return the item in its original box and packing material. I will refund the amount of your purchase, but not shipping costs unless there is an error on my part.
